Is it possible to change the size of a ring?
Yes, almost all of our rings can be altered by one size (either up or down). For changes greater than one size, the piece may need to be completely remade.
If you do not find the size you want in the product sheet, contact us atinfo@gioielloitaliano.net , indicating the product code (you can find it under the title on the product page) and the size you want to adapt it to.
We will check the feasibility of the intervention and give you confirmation as soon as possible.
Changing the size is always free.
Is it possible to request a change in the color of the gold or stones?
Yes, we can customize many of our jewelry pieces.
Write to us atinfo@gioielloitaliano.net indicating the product code and the requested modification (gold color, type or color of stones). We will check the availability or the possibility of making it on request, and we will contact you to confirm times and costs.
Attention: Prices and delivery times may vary compared to the standard version, as each modification involves a new production with unique characteristics.
What to do if a piece of jewelry breaks?
If your jewelry breaks and is still covered by the two-year warranty , contact us through one of our channels.
We will arrange free collection via express courier. Once we receive the jewel, we will proceed with the repair and return as soon as possible.
Does the jewelry contain nickel?
All our jewellery complies with European standards EN 1811:2011 and EN 12472:2009 regarding nickel content and release.
Nickel release is lower than:
- 0.5 µg/cm²/week for parts in contact with the skin,
- 0.2 µg/cm²/week for parts in contact with healing tissue (e.g. piercings).
This means that our products are safe even for those with sensitive skin . However, in highly allergic individuals there may still be a small possibility of reaction.

How can I place an order on Gioiello Italiano?
To purchase on Gioiello Italiano and access all our services, you must create a personal account .

- Select size and color

Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel an order , even if it has already been paid,
as long as the order has not yet been shipped .

Is my credit card information safe?

Gioiello Italiano does not store or have access to your credit card information .
Payments are handled in complete safety through Shopify Payments, Multisafepay, Klarna and PayPal , all PCI DSS certified gateways that comply with the highest international standards for online data protection.
As regards our site, the card data is processed in an encrypted and secure manner directly within the checkout, through certified infrastructures (Shopify Payments) , or on protected external pages (PayPal, Klarna, Multisafepay) .
In our systems we save only the information strictly necessary for shipping and billing, such as name, surname, address, email and possibly tax code.
My discount code doesn't work, why?
If your discount code is not accepted, it could be for one of the following reasons:
• You must be registered and logged into your account to use the code
• The code is valid for one use only and has already been used previously
• The code is not valid on already discounted products

How do I request an invoice?
A receipt is included with every order.
If you would like to receive an invoice , it is important to request it when ordering , in one of the following ways:
• By entering the request in the appropriate field on the checkout page
• Or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp before the package is shipped
Once the goods have been shipped with receipt, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice.

How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day .
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next day.
If an order is confirmed on Friday afternoon , shipping will take place the following Monday morning .
What are the delivery times?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes place within 48 hours , but in most cases, your package will arrive within 24 hours .
Can I track my package?
Yes, certainly.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code , which will allow you to follow your shipment in real time.

How will my order be packaged?
At Gioiello Italiano, we take great care and attention to packaging your order. Your items will be packaged in our signature packaging , ensuring an elegant and refined presentation.
Each item will be carefully placed in its own protective sleeve , then securely packaged in a plain outer box . We also use padding materials to further protect your items and ensure they arrive intact, while maintaining discretion during transit.
Questions about returns
Can I make a return?
Of course! If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery of the item . This is only valid for orders from countries in the European Union. If the thirtieth day falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
Return Details:
- The shipping costs for returning the item are at our expense .
- The return will be made via express courier . You can choose whether to receive the courier at home or whether to receive a prepaid label to deliver the package to a collection point.
Important Notes:
- Returns are not available for orders from countries outside the European Union.
- Returns are not possible on personalized jewelry .
