GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION

Gioiello Italiano is a brand owned by Fair Line Srl, one of the first ISO 9001 certified companies in the goldsmith sector. Fair Line is deeply committed to ensuring the quality and safety of its products to protect the well-being and health of the end consumer.

All our products comply with the European GPSR regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/988, and in particular thanks to:

- The careful and rigorous supplier verification process that ensures compliance with the regulations and additional quality requirements set by Fair Line to prevent the placing on the market of non-compliant products;

- The risk assessment conducted by the manufacturer to ensure that the articles are safe for their intended use;

- Design not confusing with other products, particularly food-related ones;

- The implementation of internal quality control procedures that ensure the safety of both incoming products or semi-finished products and internal production;

- A storage and transport system, at times under our responsibility, which does not compromise compliance with the general safety obligation;

- Immediate notification to the manufacturer and the competent authorities via the Safety Business Gateway in the event of a non-compliant or dangerous product being placed on the market;

- The use of leges that comply with the requirements applicable to jewellery as per EC Regulation 1907/2006 REACH on restricted substances.

Each of our products bears the VI 2022 manufacturer's responsibility mark and the title of the material used (e.g. 585 gold, 750 gold, 925 silver) inside a diamond.

For all our articles we recommend:

- Use the product only for normal wear and not for other uses or in sports, outdoor or dynamic activities, medical contexts or in the event of possible interference with other objects or equipment;

- Remove the product before falling asleep;

- Use pins and pins with caution to avoid pricking yourself;

- Pay attention to profiles, edges and sharp parts that could cause lacerations, cuts and wounds;

- Do not ingest, paying particular attention to removable and small parts (e.g. earring butterflies);

- Do not use in case of allergies to metals and metal alloys, as they may be contained within the alloy from which the product is composed, in quantities within the limits prescribed by law;

- Keep out of reach of children and vulnerable people.
