Custom orders
We at Gioiello Italiano , thanks to our internal goldsmith laboratory, offer the following after-sales services free of charge:
• Jewelry polishing
• Checking and fixing the set stone
• Repair of damaged jewelry after purchase
If any interventions are necessary that require the addition of gold (for example, changing the ring size by more than 2 sizes), the service will be subject to a fee.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ring size
If you have chosen one of our rings but your size is not available, write to us at info@gioielloitaliano.net specifying:
• The ring code (you can find it under the product name on the dedicated page)
• The desired size
We will check the feasibility of the adaptation and contact you for confirmation. Once the purchase is completed, we will proceed with the modification at no additional cost .

Some rings, due to their structure or the presence of stones, may not be adaptable. In general, it is possible to change the size up to two sizes for most models. We will communicate every detail precisely to you before confirming the order.
