Conclusion of the sales contract

To place an order for the purchase of one or more Jewels, you must access the Site using the authentication credentials that we have communicated to you following the registration request (only for registered users), fill out the order form and send it to FAIR LINE electronically, following the relevant instructions.

Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you can identify and correct any data entry errors by clicking on the “ cart ” icon, modifying, deleting and/or adding the Jewels previously selected. The contract is concluded when you receive confirmation of the order, via order summary email, from FAIR LINE.

In case of incomplete data it will not be possible to proceed with sending the order.

In the event of unavailability of the Jewels, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that FAIR LINE has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. In the event of advance payment, FAIR LINE will refund the amount already paid.

The order form and the related contract will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law for contractual and fiscal obligations.
