SHIPPING RULES
The purchased Jewels will be delivered exclusively from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00.
Delivery times:
- delivery in Italy and Europe : within 2 working days following confirmation and payment of the order, unless a different deadline is communicated on the Site during holiday periods and FAIR LINE closures;
- delivery outside Europe : times may vary based on the bureaucratic procedures for customs clearance of the goods, generally the times do not exceed 7 days, unless a different deadline is communicated on the Site during holiday periods and FAIR LINE closures.
FAIR LINE is not responsible for any delays in delivery of the Jewels attributable to the carrier or to causes of force majeure.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over €50, as is the return. In addition, there are no customs duties or additional VAT.
Please note that we do not accept returns for orders from countries outside the European Union . We also do not cover any customs duties or additional charges that may apply to these international shipments: these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, allowing customers to review and approve them before payment. Shipping costs do not include customs duties or local taxes.
CHECK OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the Jewels by the courier appointed by us, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered even in the closing materials. Any damage must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery.
Once you have signed the courier's document, you will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
The lack of correspondence between the ordered goods and those delivered must be promptly communicated by sending an email to the address: info@gioielloitaliano.net
