INFORMATION ON WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS
The essential characteristics of the Product are indicated in the respective product sheet. The images and colors of the Jewels present on the Site may not correspond to the real ones due to the technical characteristics of the internet browser or monitor.
FAIR LINE guarantees the title of the metal and stones (i.e. that they are of the declared carat). FAIR LINE also guarantees the absence of defects in the workmanship and materials used to manufacture the Jewellery for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery (“ Warranty Period ”). In the event that the complaints raised by you during the Warranty Period are founded and accepted by FAIR LINE, the latter will repair and/or replace the Product, which will be delivered to you, at the expense and care of FAIR LINE, to the same place you indicated in the order.
Under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, you must report in writing and/or by email to info@gioielloitaliano.net any defects found in the Jewels delivered within and no later than 2 months from their discovery. In the event that the complaints raised by you during the Warranty Period are founded and accepted by FAIR LINE, the shipping costs of the Jewels will be borne by FAIR LINE.
The guarantee is excluded if the defects of the Jewels have been caused and/or derive from the following causes:
(i) any repairs, alterations and/or modifications not authorised in writing by FAIR LINE;
(ii) normal wear and tear of materials;
(iii) improper use of the Jewels.
WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments) you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason, by sending an email to info@gioielloitaliano.net within 30 calendar days from the date on which you received the Product or, in the case of split deliveries forming part of a single order, from the date of the last delivery. The date shown on the delivery note is full proof of receipt.
After the communication, the Customer will be contacted again to decide the best way for the courier to collect the goods. The costs are borne by FAIR LINE if the return is within the Italian territory . In case of return from abroad, the costs and shipping methods are borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the Jewels are provided with the relative packaging and label and are intact at the time of return; therefore, in the case of used or damaged Jewels you will not be able to exercise the withdrawal from the sales contract. If, upon receipt of the return, the packaging is missing, €5 will be charged during the refund process, if the shopping bag is missing, €2 will be charged.
After the return of the Jewels, FAIR LINE will carry out the necessary checks regarding their conformity to the conditions and terms indicated above. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, FAIR LINE will send you, via email, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned Jewels, with an indication of the refund methods that will be carried out in the following 2 days. In this case, FAIR LINE will refund the sums paid at the time of sending the order, excluding any shipping costs.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Jewels indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the amount due for their purchase, the refund of the sums paid, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by FAIR LINE towards the person who made the payment.
Returns for jewelry that has been customized (change of size, color, stones, engraving, etc.) at the express request of the customer are not accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FAIR LINE is not responsible in the event of failure to access the Site or failure to complete and/or forward the order due to: force majeure, temporary failures or malfunctions of FAIR LINE equipment, temporary failures or malfunctions of the internet provider.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For anything not provided for in these General Conditions of Sale, Italian law applies.
In the event of disputes relating to the sale of Products through the Site, if the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union , the parties may resolve disputes through an extrajudicial procedure and without resorting to legal action through the European Platform for Online Dispute Resolution available at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show . For the purposes of this online dispute resolution procedure and for any communication, the email address of FAIR LINE is the following: info@gioielloitaliano.net.
In the event of disputes relating to the sale of Products through the Site, if the customer is a consumer who does NOT reside in the European Union , the parties may resolve the disputes through an extrajudicial procedure and without resorting to legal action on the basis of the "RisolviOnline" regulations available at the following link http://www.risolvionline.com/sezione.php?sez_id=72&lng_id=7 .
In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through the extrajudicial procedures referred to in the preceding paragraphs, the competent court will be the court of the place where the consumer resides, if such place is in Italy. If the consumer resides abroad, the Court of Vicenza will have exclusive jurisdiction.
