WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS
The main characteristics of the Jewels are listed in the relevant product page.
The images and colors of the Jewels in the Website may differ from the actual Jewels due to the technical characteristics of the browser and the monitor displays.
FAIR LINE guarantees the fineness of the metal and stone (i.e. the carat of metal and stone shall correspond with the one declared).
FAIR LINE also guarantees that the Jewels are free form defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years as of the date of delivery (“Warranty Period”). Should the complaints raised by you during the Warranty Period be grounded and accepted by FAIR LINE, the latter shall remove the defect or replace the defective Jewel, which will be delivered, at FAIR LINE’s costs, at the same place indicated on the purchase order.
Subject to the loss of warranty, you shall notify in writing and/or by email to [email protected] any vices and/or defects found within and not later than 2 months as of the date of the relevant discovery.
If the complaints raised by you during the Warranty Period be grounded and accepted by FAIR LINE, the shipping costs of the Jewels will be paid by FAIR LINE.
The warranty is expressly excluded for vices and/or defects of the Jewels arising from or consisting in:
• any repair, alteration and/or modification not authorized in writing by FAIR LINE;
• normal wear and tear of the materials;
• improper use of the Jewels.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code (Decree 206/2005 and further amendments) you have the right to withdraw from the contract without cause by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days as of the date of delivery of the Jewel or, in case of multiple Jewels ordered in one single purchase order and delivered separately, as of the date of the last delivery. The date of delivery shall be the one indicated on the delivery document.
All Jewels for which you exercise the right of withdrawal shall be sent to FAIR LINE in one single delivery, within 14 days as of the date on which you send the notice of withdrawal, to the following address: Fair Line S.r.l., Via Piazzon n. 48/C, 36051 Creazzo (VI), Italy, m. +39 338 1631993.
Jewels shall be delivered back to FAIR LINE with the relevant package and label. In case of Jewels damaged and/or used your withdrawal will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the Jewels, FAIR LINE will inspect the Jewels and, in case they comply with this clause, FAIR LINE will send you a notice for acceptance of your withdrawal and inform you about the reimbursement of the price paid, which will be done in the following 2 days.
FAIRL LINE will reimburse you of the amount paid, except the shipping costs.
In case the consignee and the person who paid the Jewels are not the same person, FAIR LINE will reimburse the price of the Jewels as per this clause to the person who made the payment.
For all personalized Jewels requested by you (e.g. change in size, color, stone, engraves etc.) withdrawal and return of such products will not be accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FAIR LINE shall not be liable in case you are not able to access the Website or send the purchase order for the following reasons: force majeure, break-down or malfunctioning of FAIR LINE’s hardware, malfunctioning of the internet services.
APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT COURT
For any matter not covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale the applicable law shall be the Italian law.
All disputes arising out of or relating to the sale and supply of the Jewels through the Website toward a consumers living in EU the parties may reach an out-of-court settlement through the Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN). For the said online dispute resolution procedure and for any information or request FAIR LINE contact email address is [email protected].
All disputes arising out of or relating to the sale and supply of the Jewels through the Website toward a consumers who in NOT living in EU the parties may reach an out-of-court settlement through the online dispute resolution service of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (http://www.risolvionline.com/index.php?lng_id=14).
In the event the parties fail to reach an agreement through the above mentioned online dispute resolution procedures, then the dispute shall be submitted to the court, in Italy, where the consumer has his/her domicile; if the consumer’s domicile is not in Italy, the dispute shall be exclusively submitted to and settled by the Court of Vicenza, Italy.
