DELIVERY OF THE JEWELS

 

The Jewels you purchase will be delivered only from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Delivery terms:

- delivery in Italy and Europe: within 2 working days as of the date of the order confirmation and the date of payment. FAIR LINE reserves the right to communicate a different term for deliveries during holidays;

- delivery outside Europe: times may vary depending on the bureaucratic procedures of customs clearance of goods, generally times do not exceed 14 days; FAIR LINE reserves the right to communicate a different term for deliveries during holidays.

FAIR LINE shall not be held liable for any late delivery due to the forwarding agent and/or to force majeure. 

 

DELIVERY COSTS

 

Deliveries of the Jewels in Italy are made by courier selected by FAIR LINE and are free of charge.

Deliveries in foreign countries are made by courier selected by FAIR LINE; the related costs will be specified after selection of the relevant address. For deliveries in NON EU countries customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.

 

CHECKING OF THE JEWELS

 

Upon receipt of the Jewels it is your responsibility to check that the package is intact, free from damage and not wet and in any case that the seal has not been tampered with. You shall immediately inform the courier of any damage.

Once the courier’s documents have been signed, you will no longer be entitled to claim anything about the external characteristics of the product delivered.

Should the delivered Jewel not correspond with the Jewel ordered, you shall immediately notify FAIR LINE by email at: [email protected].
